Mrs. Nancy S. Bork, 91, of Whitesboro, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the Wynn Hospital, Utica, with her beloved son by her side.

     Nancy was born in Boonville, NY on September 3, 1933, the daughter of the late John Joseph and Beatrice (Norton) Scharbach.  Nancy was raised and educated in Utica.  On May 19, 1953, Nancy was united in marriage to Raymond W. Bork, a loving and devoted union of 57 years, until Raymond’s passing on October 18, 2010.  At one time Nancy was employed by NY Telephone and ATT as assistant manager.

     Nancy is survived by her loving son who was her caregiver Raymond Bork, Whitesboro, daughter Terry Lynn (Jeremy) Miller, Palm Bay, FL and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents John, Beatrice and brothers Fredrick, John and Robert Scharbach and her husband Raymond.

     In keeping with Nancy’s wishes there will be no formal services or calling hours at this time.  She will be laid to rest with her husband Raymond in Crown Hill Memorial Park in the spring.
