Obituary of Gloria V. Clarke

Mrs. Gloria V. Clarke, 82, of Utica, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family at her side.

     Gloria was born in Coldbrook, NY on November 23, 1942, the daughter of the late Earl and Beatrice (Ingrahm) Folnsbee.  Gloria was raised and educated in Coldbrook and was a graduate of Poland High School.  She united in marriage to George Clarke, a blessed union of 44 years, before his passing.  At one time Gloria owned and operated Little Rascals Day Care.  Gloria enjoyed gardening, crocheting, reading and she loved her animals.

     Gloria is survived by her beloved daughter Beatrice Van Dunk and her husband Edward, Verona, NY, brother Earl Folnsbee, Jr, FL and her adored granddaughters Stephanie Jacobson, Rachael Jacobson, Sarah Jacobson, great grandchildren ViviAnne, Kymani, Cael and Genevieve. Her beloved spoiled fur babies Marcus Putty Tat and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by parents Earl, Beatrice, husband George, son William Cooper, Jr., and sister Beatrice Everson.

      In keeping with Gloria’s wishes, there will be no formal calling hours or service at this time.  Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
