Herman J. Jefferson passed away May 15, 2025.

     Herman was born on September 16, 1974. in Utica, NY to Herman Jefferson Sr and Linda Mack. He was educated in the Utica School District and would enroll at Florida State University. Herman had various hobbies ranging from cooking, painting, playing football, and fixing various objects.

     Herman is survived by one daughter Symogi Jefferson. One grandson Max Jefferson. His father Herman Jefferson Sr. his mother and stepfather Linda and Pastor Joseph Williams. Three sisters, Shmika I. Jackson, Irene Jefferson, and Diane Bedanu. Two brothers Alexander Jefferson, and Richard Calvin Williams. As well as many Aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Herman was predeceased by four brothers Joseph Williams IV, Tristan Lamar Williams, Brandon Williams, and Charles Jefferson. A sister Gloria Mae Williams. His grandparents Irene and Nathan Mack Taylor. Grandmother Tommie Lee Peterson. Grandfather Willie Williams Sr. as well as his favorite aunt Jesse Rudley. Along with Uncle Milton and Mary Allen.

     Funeral Services for Herman will be Tuesday May 27, 2025, at Peter Spencer UAME Church, 841 Bleecker St., Utica at 11:00am with Burial to Follow at New Forrest Cemetery in Utica.  Friends and family may call at the Church from 10:00am until the time of service.
