Mr. Charles “Chuckie” L. Danks, Jr., 51, of Deansboro, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 18, 2025, at his home.

     Charles was born in Utica, on March 17, 1974, the son of Charles Sr., and Donna (Kemp) Danks. He was raised in Utica, was a graduate of Proctor High School and studied at Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES. Chuckie was married to Carrie A. Danks, a loving union, until her passing in 2020. Chuckie was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and NY Yankees fan and had an impressive collection of Yankees memorabilia. He was of the Catholic faith.

     Chuckie is survived by his loving mother, Donna Danks; sister, Amy Danks; uncle and aunt, William and Barbara Kilts and a dear cousin, Bridgett Scalzo. He was predeceased by his wife, Carrie and father, Charles, Sr.

     Visitation for family and friends is Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica, followed by a prayer service at 6:00 at the conclusion of visitation.
