I remember being at my parents house and having garage sales there and she would come to the sales multiple times and always with a smile on her face and and a cheery Hello. I also remember a birthday party when my sister and I were turning maybe 6 or 7 and we had a party at our house . We invited children from our school and when Geraldine arrived she came down the stairs to our basement with such a happy smile on her face! I remember it to this day.

To my older sister Geraldine who I loved all my life though good and bad times. You definitely made our lives different in a good way. You adored George and I both. We both felt horrible when you had to go on dialysis. I prayed for healing and my friends prayed that you would recover. I know you loved the Lord so I know exactly where you are!! We will miss our goofy, silly , always smiling , lover of all babies and children!! Have the best time in heaven Geraldine, Smiley and our beloved GG You deserve the best time in Heaven!! I have known Geraldine and her sister Cathie since 1975. When I met them, Geraldine was in LOVE, with the Bay City Rollers! She would light up whenever she was passionate about something! She enjoyed giving gifts; she would be so excited about her purchase (no matter how small) that she could hardly wait to present it. When Geraldine was unhappy you knew it, BUT above all, what I’ll remember the most, was how happy she was and would light up whenever she purchased something for Amanda or for her nieces! She loved giving! Geraldine would see joy in the smallest things that others take for granted! She is now filled with the joy of being in Jesus’ arms.
