Anthony Carmen Zammiello, 35, of Frankfort, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Wynn Hospital in Utica.
Anthony was born in New Hartford on April 18, 1990. He was raised in Frankfort and was a graduate of Frankfort-Schuyler High School. At one time, Anthony was a machine operator at Vick’s Lithograph and Printing in Yorkville. Anthony had a personality bigger than life who was always trying to make people laugh. He also had a heart of gold who was always helping those in need and especially providing support to anyone struggling in life. He enjoyed music, was an avid Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Lakers fan and had a great love for food, animals and the fall season, but nothing was more important in life than his cherished nieces and nephews whom he loved unconditionally.
Anthony is survived by his loving sisters and brother, Tiffany McNamara, Christopher Moerler, Priscilla McNamara and Amanda Schorer; his cherished nieces and nephews, Isabella (Brandon) Lampron, Breanna Moerler, Amiya Olender, A’ndrea Moerler, Moses Ballard, Nasire Ballard, Courtney Blackshear, Giovanni Hallenbeck, Trinity Hallenbeck, Anthony Green and Neveah Zammiello; adored great nephew and nieces, Graeson Lampron, Marianna Patterson and Zamorah Ballard; cousin Christopher Hall and best friend, Arthur “Tank” Robinson who were like brothers to Anthony as well as numerous additional friends too numerous to mention. He was predeceased by his nephew, J.J. Hallenbeck; grandfather, William Schorer and two uncles, Leo Hall and Carl Schorer.
