Jessica Catherine Beyer, 39, of Whitesboro, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Wynn Hospital, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family, following complications from surgery.

 Born in New Hartford, NY on February 15, 1986, (a birthday she shared with her father), Jessica was the beloved daughter of Richard, Jr. and Colleen (Head) Beyer. She grew up in Whitesboro, graduated from Whitesboro High School, and went on to attend MVCC. Throughout her life, Jessica worked in supportive roles that reflected her caring nature — formerly with MetLife in Oriskany and, more recently, as a school bus attendant with the Whitesboro Central School District.

  Jessica had many interests that brought her joy. She loved to read, listen to her father’s hunting stories, was a loyal NY Jets fan, and had an especially tender place in her heart for her pets, Sammi and Clara. She was raised in the Catholic faith.

  During the last decade, Jessica faced many challenges with strength and determination. She never stopped trying to overcome them, and she should be remembered not for her struggles, but for her kindness, humor, and loving spirit.

  Jessica leaves behind her devoted parents, Richard and Colleen Beyer of Oriskany; two cherished sisters, Melissa (Dylan) Obernesser of Oriskany and Amanda Beyer of Whitesboro; and her niece and nephew, Livia and Logan Obernesser, who brought her immense joy. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, Nancy (her Godmother) and Tony Corridori, Jeff and Sullo Head, Brian and Terri Head, Jennifer Calenda, Mike and Susie Head, Paul Head, Anne Carey, Deborah and Edward O’Grady, Diane Hart and Tom Wheeler; her Godfather, Tim Evans as well as several cousins, including a special cousin, Lauren Corridori and her dear feline companion, Clara. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Richard and Doris Beyer and Harold and Jean Head and uncle, Nick Calenda.

  In honoring Jessica’s wishes, there will be no public visitation. Her family will celebrate her life in a private service. In her final act of compassion, Jessica selflessly chose to give the gift of life through organ donation.

   The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the nurses in the ICU at Wynn Hospital for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Jessica.
