Deborah Watkins was a beautiful soul who touched the lives of everyone she met. She was kind, loving, and selfless, always putting others before herself and spreading love wherever she went. Her warmth, strength and gentle spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

                Deborah was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Nancy Stanburg. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will live on through her family.

She is survived by her devoted husband Reginald Watkins; her loving children Dominique, Deanna, Joselynn, Monica, Reginald, Dawson, and Kevin; Michelle Niksa; her adored grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews, and extended family who will be forever in their hearts.

Deborah’s love, strength and kindness were gifts to all who had the blessing of knowing her. She will be truly missed but never forgotten. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.   A calling hour will be held on August 27, 2026, at the Heintz Funeral Service Inc. 1517 Whitesboro St Utica NY 13502 starting at 11:00am with a brief prayer service to follow at 12:00pm. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
