John D. Chambrone, 93, of the Masonic Care Community passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2012. John was born in Utica on September 6, 1919 the son of Dominick and Louisa (Wirth) Chambrone. John's first wife Mary Chambrone passed away in 1983. On March 14, 1990 he married Jane (Pulloch) Steele. She passed away in 2004. For many years he was employed with Utica Boilers. John was of the Catholic Faith. John is survived by several step children including Gerald Steele, Utica and Beverly Dellanno, Seminole, FL. A graveside service for Mr. Chambrone will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 12:00 at Calvary Cemetery, Utica. There are no calling hours.
