Mom you showed Heather and I a sign today from way up in .the sky. I knew you were in Heaven as we passed on by.It was a beautiful rainbow of yellow green and blue,then we knew the angels took you stright up through,where you meet the Golden Gates as the sky was so blue . Heather and I looked at each other eye to eye and we knew it was ok for you to say goodbye. Then Heather's phone went to Louise Abbott's guestbook we looked at each other and we shook. Mom I miss you so much! Words cannot express how I feel about you. You treated everyone with love and I never remember you putting anyone down. Your kind words and actions towards anyone who came to your house made us feel so welcome. I enjoyed sitting there at the kitchen table talking about all the kids and laughing with you. I remember taking walks with you to the cemetary to visit grandma's grave. There isn't a time growing up that you don't come to my mind. We were so close and I enjoyed every moment spent with you. I love you mom and the only thing that's keeping me going is knowing that you are with God in heaven.

Lu Lu Belle, I love you so much. I wasn't aware that there was internet access in heaven, but it's awesome we can write to you like this :) I am the person and the Christian I am today because of you. You taught me so much about the Bible and my faith. My earliest memory is of sitting in your living room playing with blocks while you were in the kitchen. So many of my early memories are from being at your house, eating and talking to you in the kitchen after school, learning about Jesus, watching tv, sitting in the backyard with you, stopping by before going trick or treating, Christmas time, and all the Sunday dinners everybody keeps talking about. I'll miss you so much, but I'll see you in heaven someday.

My memories of Louise go back many years but they are still so clear. I always enjoyed going to her house, sitting at the table having coffee, laughing at all the kids. My own children always had fun at the Abbott household. As years passed and life changed she always had kind words and a big smile for everyone and would always invite you to stop for coffee. Louise was the kindest and gentlest woman I have ever met. A very special lady who was loved by everyone who knew her. I think her greatest legacy will be in the wonderful children she raised.
