Edward J. Kelly, Jr., 76, of Utica, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2011 at home. Edward was born on March 26, 1935 in Binghamton, the son of the late Edward J. and Leona (Warner) Kelly. He was united in marriage with Madelyn Frieda Ward on April 28, 1956, a union which produced four children. Edward was predeceased by his beloved Madelyn in 1970. Surviving are his children, Diane and Husband David Thurman of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Joseph and wife Lisa Kelly of Wilton, NY, John Kelly of Clinton, NY and Cheryl Kelly and husband James Parkhurst of Richfield Springs, NY and three grandchildren, Jessica, Josey and Madeline. Services will be held privately by the family. Burial will be at Chenango Valley Cemetery in Hillcrest, NY.
