Marion F. Jenny, 92, a resident of the Martin Luther Home, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 at the nursing home. Marion was born July 19, 1919 in Utica, the daughter of Theodore and Mary (Doyle) Waters. She was raised and educated in Utica. On June 2, 1943, Marion married Edward J. Jenny in St. Patrick's Church in Utica. Mr. Jenny passed away in 1983. Marion was employed with the New Hartford School System. She was a member of St. Mary's Church in Clinton. Marion is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Leo Maloney, Sherrill, Donna and Bob Swiecki, Clark Mills; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Ted and Jane Jenny, CT, Kevin and Gloria Jenny, Sherburne, Brian Jenny, Clark Mills; eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and two step-great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Eleanor Zyga, Utica; a brother and two sisters-in-law, Al and Peggy Waters, SC, and Doris Waters, Whitesboro. Marion is predeceased by two brothers, Vin and Ken Waters. Mrs. Jenny's funeral will be held Friday, August 19, 2011 at 9:15 am from the Heintz Funeral Home, 10 East Park Row, Clinton and 10:00 am in St. Mary's Church, Clinton, where her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Whitestown. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home, Thursday evening, from 5 - 7 pm.
