Louis P. Seubert, 82 of Utica passed away unexpectedly on Monday April 11, 2011 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Louis was born in Utica on January 19, 1929 a son of George A. and Ella (Falk) Seubert. He was an Army veteran and served during the Korean War. In Utica on May 29, 1954 Louis was united in marriage to Dolores Baister. For many years until his retirement he was employed with the New York Telephone Co. Louis was a member of Our Lady of The Rosary Church, New Hartford, American Legion Post #1376, New Hartford and the Telephone Pioneers. Louis is survived by his wife Dolores, three daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Michael Fitzgerald, Utica, Diane and Albert Schuler, Utica and Carol and Keith Dunn, Utica, 10 grandchildren, James (Taylor) Fitzgerald, Peter, Timothy and Ryan Fitzgerald, Eric, Emily and Matthew Schuler, Laura, Tyler and Kevin Dunn, a sister, Agnes Hellenbrand, WI; a sister-in-law, Isabel Seubert, PA; a brother-in-law, William Quinn, Sauquoit; and many nieces and nephews. Louis was predeceased by 5 sisters, Helen Seubert, Kathleen Owens, Claire Ehlinger, Mary Wuest and Elizabeth Quinn and 4 brothers, George, Raymond, Robert and Joseph Seubert. Mr. Seubert's funeral will be held on Saturday April 16, 2011 at 10:00 from Our Lady of The Rosary Church, New Hartford. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Utica. There are no calling hours. Please omit flowers. Arrangements are by the Heintz Funeral Service Inc.
