Please share a memory of Suzanne to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Suzanne "Beth" Dundon, 57, of North Utica passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Beth was born in Orillia, Ontario, Canada on January 28, 1953 the daughter of Garnet L. Moore and the late Verna Jean (Hall) Moore. Beth was a graduate of Whitesboro High School. In Utica on October 14, 1972 Beth was united in marriage to Timothy M. Dundon. For many years until her illness Beth was employed with Business Machines and Equipment Inc. in Marcy. To Beth, family was the center of her world. A house full of love and laughter made her the happiest. Holidays were always very special to her family; she could always fill the house and produce the most amazing meal singlehandedly. Family and friends would line up for her Christmas cookies and a chance to get some Chicken & Dumplings! Beth's favorite season was summer. Time to plant flowers, ensure the grass was pristine, and then enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the sun by the pool with friends. Summer also happened to be a perfect time to hop in the car with the windows down and the music up for a drive. Quiet evenings at home with her family and her beloved dog Cody perched on her lap, watching movies and eating popcorn would always wrap up a perfect day. Beth is survived by her husband, Tim, her father, Garnet Moore, FL, her three children, Lieutenant Commander James Dundon, USN, of AL, Erin Angiulli and husband Marc, of Westmoreland, and Renee Dundon, Utica, her beloved grandson, Logan Angiulli of Westmoreland, her brothers and sister, Robert Moore and wife Diana of Westmoreland, Marilyn Swald and husband James of FL, and Glenn Moore of Syracuse, and her mother-in-law, Marian Bryant of Deerfield. Beth is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial calling hours for Beth will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010 from 4-7 at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., North Utica. Those so wishing may make donations to the Faxton-St. Luke's Regional Cancer Center in Beth's memory. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Faxton-St. Luke's Regional Cancer Center for all the loving care they gave to Beth.
