Miss Judith Ann Younghanz, 59 a resident of the Arc house in Barneveld, formerly of Lincoln Ave, Utica passed away on Sunday January 3, 2010 at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare in New Hartford. Judith was born in Utica on January 7, 1950 the daughter of Walter and Ruth "Rose" (Ritter) Younghanz. She was a member of the Arc of Oneida-Lewis Counties, NYSARC and a parishioner of St. Joseph and St. Patrick Church in Utica. Judy enjoyed her past 10 years at the Arc house in Barneveld where she made many dear friends. Miss Younghanz is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, William and Ruth Younghanz of Whitesboro; two nephews, Edward Younghanz and David Younghanz both of Whitesboro and an Aunt Marie Ritter of NY City. She was predeceased by her nephew, Ronald Younghanz. Miss Younghanz's funeral will be held on Thursday January 7, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica and 11:00 at St. Joseph & St. Patrick Church where her mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Yorkville.
