You could always count on "Cupcake" to brighten your day with his smile. I had the opportunity to photograph him with governors, superintendents and many of his State Police friends. His admiration for the State Police was beyond description. He touched the lives of us all over the years. He will be greatly missed.

Tommy "Cupcake" loved the NYSP and all of us that served in Troop D and knew Tommy loved him. I'll always remember Tommy "Cupcake" saying, "Zing A Zanga", and always having a smile on his face. Tommy was an outstanding and unique gentleman and will be missed by all that knew him. Tommy rest in peace on your final patrol.

As a sergeant assigned to SP Marcy, I had the distinct pleasure of seeing "Cupcake" on a daily basis. He always had a kind word for everyone and he truly loved the NYSP. I will miss our many conversations and many, many, laughs together. May perpetual light shine upon you Tommy. Peace.

Tom was a friend to all and will be missed by many. We extend our deepest sympathy to the members of his family & friends. He was one to see me not just as a pastor's daughter but as a teen a person who isn't just a pk. He would always ask me if I found work yet and how I was doing.
