Katherine R. Vatalaro, 63, of North Utica passed away Wednesday March 7, 2007 at home. Katherine was born in La Junta, CO on February 4, 1944 the daughter of Edmund M. and Esther Marie (Pizzuto) Krowicki. In Utica Katherine married Richard B. Vatalaro. She was of the catholic faith. Katherine is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Donna and David Waterman, Westmoreland, a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Kate Yutzler, Clinton, her husband, Richard Vatalaro, four grandchildren, Gianna Estherina, Kali Marie, Ashley and Alec, and her life long friend, Beverly Perritano, Utica. Private funeral services and burial for Mrs. Vatalaro will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
