Betty S. Craig Utica Betty S. Craig, 85, of Utica, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica. Betty was born in Utica on January 25, 1922, the daughter of Grover C. and Irene (Darrigrand) Snyder. She was raised and educated locally, graduating from Utica Free Academy. On December 27, 1940, Betty married Thomas J. Craig, in Utica. She was employed as a food service manager for Notre Dame High School. Betty was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Utica. Betty is survived by her beloved husband, Thomas, Utica; her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Luciano Parzianello, Rome; two sons and daughters-in-law, W. Gary and Jean Craig, Liverpool, John and Margaret Craig, Libby, Montana; six cherished grandchildren, Kelly Craig, Kevin Craig, Michele Parzianello, Melissa Broderick, Garrett Craig, Hailey Craig; and five great grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Genevieve Millbower, Utica and Odette Foland, Cortland. She is predeceased by a sister, Jane Treisbach. Betty's funeral will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 12:00 pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Utica, where her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands, Albany, will take place at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica, on Saturday morning, from 9:30 ? 11:30 am, prior to the funeral mass.
