Penny J. Foster Utica Penny J. Foster, 31 of Utica passed away on December 26, 2006 at St. Luke's Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Penny was born July 6, 1975 in Utica the daughter of the late Ronald and Christine Foster. She was a graduate of Adirondack High School and attended MVCC, Utica campus. Penny was currently employed with the House of the Good Shepard as a teacher's assistant for the past 8 years and also worked for the Boys and Girls Club of Ilion as a program director. Surviving is her life long companion, Calvin J. Jenkins of Utica; her son, Xavier Denzel and her daughter Amber Marie Jenkins; 4 step children, Calvin Jr., and Erica of Utica and Robert and Andrew of NC; 3 brothers, Shawn and Morgan (Fallon) of Boonville and Shane of NC; 1 sister, Edna (David) Moreland of Boonville; her step mother, Donna Foster of Boonville; a very special grandmother, Rosalie Blair (AKA Nonnie) and a special mother-in-law, Carrie Jenkins all of Utica. Also surviving are a host of aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, friends and her special little granddaughter, Azalea of Taberg. Penny's funeral will be held on Friday December 29, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica. Interment will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica. Calling hours for family and friends are Friday 11:00-1:00 prior to the service.
