Florence M. Rinehard Utica Mrs. Florence M. Rinehard, 93, a resident of Eden Park Nursing Home, formerly of James St., Utica, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, July 30, 2006. Florence was born in Utica on December 1, 1912, the daughter of Willard and Bertha (Ingersoll) Joslin. She was raised and educated locally and for many years worked for General Electric on Bleecker Street. In 1938, Florence married Donald Williams, with whom she had three children. In 1964, Florence married again to Albert Rinehard in Utica. Mr. Rinehard passed away in 2001. Florence was a past member of the Moravian Church of the Good Shepard and more recently was attending services with her daughter at Mount Zion Ministries. She had several hobbies that included China painting and doll collecting. She belonged to a local doll club. Florence is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law, Shirley and Guy Vivenzo, Whitesboro, Donna and Jim Weeks, Chadwicks; a stepdaughter and her husband, Carol and Karl Hederich, Ohio; a brother, James "Bud" Joslin, Remsen. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild. Florence is predeceased by her infant son, Donald Williams, Jr., by a grandson, James Weeks, and by two sisters, Esther Cunningham and Gladys "Betty" Jones. Mrs. Rinehard's funeral service will be held on Tuesday evening, August 1, 2006 at 7:00 pm at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica with Pastor Rick Andrew presiding. Entombment in St. Joseph's Mausoleum, Whitestown will take place at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 5 ? 7 pm prior to the funeral service. Those wishing may make donations to Mount Zion Ministries in Florence's memory. Mrs. Rinehard's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the nurses and staff of Eden Park Nursing Home for the care and compassion given to Florence during her stay.
