Eileen C. Rose Oriskany Falls ? Clinton Eileen C. Rose, 95, a resident of the Katherine Luther Home, formerly of Oriskany Falls, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at the home. Eileen was born in St. Johnsville, NY on February 23, 1911, the daughter of George and Catherine (Seaman) Zoller. She was raised and educated in Little Falls, NY. On November 17, 1928, Eileen married Charles E. Rose in Calvary Church, Utica. Mr. Rose passed away in 1998. During WW II, Eileen worked for Horrock Ibitson. She later went to work for the Boston Store for over twenty years becoming Assistant Credit Manager. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Oriskany Falls. Eileen belonged to several organizations including, the Cassidy Hollow Crafters, the United Methodist Women's Group, and the Neighborhood Club. She enjoyed various activities, such as crossword puzzles, knitting, crocheting, and reading. Eileen is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Dolores and Richard Boehlert, Whitesboro; Shirley Miller, Maryland; Beverly and Robert Charboneau, Oriskany Falls; a son and his fiancée, Roger Rose and Mary Donnelly, New Hartford; a daughter-in-law, Bonnie Rose, Fayetteville, NY; as well as by eighteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, six great, great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Mrs. Rose is predeceased by a son Richard Rose, by two brothers, George W. Zoller and George D. Zoller, and by a sister Martha Zoller. Eileen's funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 11:00 am at the Heintz Funeral Home, 10 East Park Row, Clinton. Interment in Crown Hill Memorial Park will take place at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home Friday evening, from 4 ? 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association in Eileen's memory. Eileen's family would like to thank the staff of the Katherine Luther Home and the staff at Faxton-St. Luke's AC3 West, as well as to Dr. Thomas John for the care and many kindnesses given to Eileen while in their care.
