William M. Zdan Utica Mr. William M. Zdan 51 of Utica passed away unexpectedly on Thursday November 16, 2006 at St Luke's Memorial Hospital. William was born in Frankfort, NY on March 1, 1955 the son of Frank and Mair Zdan, and received his education in Frankfort schools. William honorable served in The US Marine Corps. On August 6, 1983, William married Judy L. Roman in Hannah Park in Utica. Bill will be remembered as a "jack of all trades" and was always willing to help those in need. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Zdan is survived by his beloved wife, Judy; one daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Gabriel Balanean, Utica; two cherished grandchildren, Nevaeh and Gabriel Jr.; five sisters-in-law and their spouses, Sharon and Howard Keyes, N. Utica, Nancy Hutchings and her companion, Tom, Rome, Shirley Roman and John Williams, Rome, Carol Adams, Canastota and Barbara and Charles Sprague, N. Utica and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and dear friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mair and a brother, Edward Klepacki. Mr. Zdan's funeral will be held on Saturday November 18, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica with Pastor David McCoy officiating. Calling hours for family and friends are Saturday 4-7 prior to the service. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Diabetes Foundation in William's memory.
