Theresa Durante, died December 23, 2018, at Heritage HealthCare. She was very grateful to the staff for all the loving care she received during her stay there. She was especially grateful to Crystal from Hospice and Karen, for everything they did for her. Theresa was predeceased by her companion of many years, Jack Green. A memorial service will be held at Heritage HealthCare.
