Deborah Phillips, 62, of Utica passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Deborah was born in Utica on July 23, 1955, a daughter of Carl and Joan (McNamara) Lawson. For a time she was employed at Broadacres SNF. Deborah was a member of the Animal Protection League. Deborah is survived by a daughter, Carrie Danks and husband, Charles, of Utica, a son, Richard N. Iannone, Jr., of Utica, a grandson, Brandon Wilson, of Westmoreland, a sister, Sue Nolan, of Liverpool, NY, two brothers, Michael Lawson, of Albany and John Lawson, of Rome and several nieces and nephews. Those so wishing may make donations to the Animal Protection League in Deborah’s memory.
