Clifford J. Gerling, 81, of Utica passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Clifford is survived by his wife, Nila, his six daughters, Robin Pimpinella, FL, Diana Swalgin, Forestport, Tammy Rodriguez (Mike), Frankfort, Maryann Foster (Danny), Whitesboro, Lisa Gerling, Utica and Nila Sue Swalgin, Frankfort, 16 Grandchildren, Michael, Raymond, Jennifer, Janelle, C.J., Nicole, Jasmin, Andy, Tobi, Becca, Chucky, Clifton, Kelly, Brandon, Robert and John and several great grandchildren. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Those so wishing may make donations to the American Cancer Society in Clifford’s memory.
