Michael F. Teti, 75, of New York Mills, formerly of Utica, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017, at the Abraham House in Utica, with his loving family by his side. Michael was born in Utica on October 23, 1941, the son of Nicholas and Mary (Mezzanini) Teti. He was raised and educated in Utica and a graduate of Proctor High School. He went on to serve his country with the US Air Force. On June 8, 1985, Michael married Susan Nessia. He was employed with Chicago Pneumatic. Michael had been a member of St. Anthony’s Church in Utica. Michael is survived by his wife, Susan Teti, New York Mills; his son and daughter-in-law, Michael Nicholas and Debbie Teti, Crescent, IA; as well as his extended family, including his nephew, Anthony Pendolf, with whom he shared a special bond. Michael is predeceased by his parents of whom he cherished. Funeral services, entrusted to the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica, will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
