Mrs. Genevieve J. O'Toole, of N. Utica, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Katherine Luther Residential Healthcare and Rehab Center in Clinton. Genevieve was born in NY Mills, the daughter of Jozef and Anna (Maksimovich) Kamilow. She was raised in Utica, attended Utica Schools and Utica School of Commerce. On February 16, 1946, Genevieve married John E. O'Toole, Jr. at St. George's Church in Utica, a devoted union of 51 years until John's death in 1997. During WW II, Genevieve was employed with Brooklyn Navy Yard. She was a parishioner of St. Peter's Church in N. Utica. Mrs. O'Toole is survived by her daughter, Jaunulyn Naegele of N. Utica; her cherished grandson, John Kenneth Naegele and his wife Joanna of Marcy; sister-in-law, Arlene Kamilow of New Hartford as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her precious great granddaughter, Anna Rose Naegele, sister, Nellie Orr and brother, Joseph Kamilow. Relative and friends are invited to Mrs. O'Toole's funeral Mass of Christian burial on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Peter's Church, N. Utica. Her Rite of Committal and burial will be in St. George's Cemetery in Whitesboro. There are no calling hours.
