Nancy L. Talento, 76, of North Utica passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at the Utica Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Nancy was born in Utica on January 17, 1939, a daughter of the late Harold and Leona (Jones) Leonard. She was a graduate of Utica Free Academy. At one time She was married to Philip Talento. Nancy was employed at the Savings Bank of Utica for many years and then until her retirement she was employed with First Source Federal Credit Union. Nancy is survived by her two children, Karen Gregory and husband, Scott, of Whitesboro and Jeffrey Talento, of Utica, three grandchildren, Joshua, Noah and Emma Gregory, of Whitesboro, best friend, Cecelia Hamel and canine companion, Jeter. Nancy was predeceased by a sister, Joan Youlen. A funeral service for Mrs. Talento will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Forest Hill Cemetery, Oneida St., Utica. There are no calling hours. Those wishing may make donations to the American Diabetes Association in Nancy's memory.
