Evan Lewis, Jr., 67, of Utica passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015 at the Siegenthaler Center. Evan was born in Utica on May 31, 1948 a son of the late Evan and Ruth (Barnard) Lewis, Sr. At one time Evan was employed as a glass glazer in Florida and later with Par Technologies in New Hartford. Evan is survived by a daughter, Tammy Lewis, CA, a son, Brent Lewis, FL, four sisters, Sherry Delmonico, Utica, Jeanne Sutton, Utica, Lori Lewis, Utica and Barbara Bowen, Clinton, a close family friend, Mike Schaffer and good friends, Wes, Tom, Dawn, Kelly, Scott and Mary. Evan was predeceased by two brothers, Ricky and Marty Lewis. Calling hours for Evan will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 4-6 at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica with a remembrance to be held at 6:00.
