My husband Francis and I wish to convery our deepest condolences to all of Bill's family. Bill and my Mom met when Bill was 13 and my Mom 12, and remained lifelong friends. Mary and Bill and my parents enjoyed many a long visit or supper out, often after Bill had done superb work on their home, either in New Hartford or Cape Cod. Bill and Mary remained faithful supportive friends to my Mom after my Dad's death, calling Mom and joking, telling stories, and reminiscing, at her home, and at two nursing homes. Bill's calls have provided Mom with invaluable comfort, connection and spiritual lifts, maintaining the lifelong connection . Bill's excellent humor and strength have been extraordinary, and my Mother will miss him a great deal. My sister Nannette also worked with Bill 37 years ago, in his construction business, and they remained close. Bill has been an exceptionally gifted and supportve friend, to my sister , Mom, my husband and me, in our care for my Mom. He will be missed more than we can express.
