Kimberly X. Lynch, 31, of Westmoreland passed away at home on Friday, November 29, 2013 with her loving family by her side. Kimberly was born in New York City on August 16, 1982, a daughter of Pedro and Xiomara (Ramirez) Cortes. In Westmoreland in 2003 she was united in marriage to Joel M. Lynch. Until her illness Kimberly was employed with the Lutheran Homes in Clinton. Kimberly loved to dance, listen to music and garden but the thing she loved above all else was spending time with her family. Kimberly is survived by her husband, Joel, her three sons, Joseph, Jacob and Joel Lynch, Jr., all at home, her parents, Xiomara Cortes, Ilion and Pedro Cortes, PA, her grandmother, Aura Ramirez, sisters and brothers, Eliseo Cortes, Jennifer Cortes, Lionel Cortes, Aura Ramirez, Karyna Ramirez, and Maximo Pena, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jaron and Jean Lynch, Westmoreland and grandmother-in-law, Jane Lynch. Kimberly's funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 12:00 noon from the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica. Calling hours at the funeral home are Tuesday morning from 9:00-12:00. Burial will take place in Crown Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the needs of the family.
