Betty Colasante, 53, of Clinton passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 3, 2013. Betty was born in Rome, NY on January 24, 1960 and received her education there. Until her illness she was employed with Avanti Overhead Door Co. Betty loved to fish and spend time outdoors, but most of all she was devoted to her family and loved ones, always putting them first. Betty is survived by Her long time companion with whom She shared a special love, Ken Klenotiz, her son who She loved so much, Eric Colasante, Los Angeles, CA, a stepson, Ken Klenotiz Jr. and his wife Elyssa, Amsterdam, NY, best friends, William and Patty Klenotiz, Sauquoit and Brenda Perry, Frankfort, and many loving brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her beloved pets Dakota and Be-Bop Memorial calling hours for Betty will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 from 4-6 at the Heintz Funeral Home, 10 E. Park Row, Clinton, NY.
