Mr. Payne will be greatly missed by me and my family. Not to see him outside behind our house will be a great loss. One of my favorite memories of Mr. Payne would be the day my son had to learn how to tie a tie for school when he was attending Notre Dame, and I was just lost, and didn't know where to turn, so my son and I waited in his drive way for him and waited for him to come home from work and I asked him if he could teach my son Mark how to tie his tie, and he was so patient with my son and me, and showed him over and over again how to tie it, and he said you better watch closely because you might have to do this one day, ha ha ha.. so he taught me as well. Everytime my son ties a tie or I do, I will always think of Mr. Payne. He was a good man with a Huge Heart, and a true Gentleman. He will be missed by many including me and my family.
