Mr. Leo E. Hall, 56, passed away unexpectedly from this life, at his home in Whitesboro, on May 28, 2012 with his family at his side. Leo was born September 5, 1955, the son of the late Jerome and Rebecca (Blair) Hall, and received his education in local schools. On January 6, 1977, Leo married Jody Schorer, whom he loved and adored through their 35 years of marriage. After his honorable discharge from the US Army, Leo worked in a variety of jobs in the Utica area. Mr. Hall is survived by his beloved wife, Jody; three sons, Jeremy, Jerome and Christopher; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Trudy and Jerry Henry, Susan and Carrol Moores, Cynthia and William Rueger and Joyce and Roger Chambers; one brother and sister-in-law, Roy and Ruth Ann Hall; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Leonard and Pauline Schorer; in-laws, Bill Schorer, Carl Schorer, Joe Schorer, Mark Schorer, Christine Schorer; special cousins, Danny Blair, Jimmy Blair and John Blair; three grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was pre-deceased by an infant son, Michael. Mr. Hall's funeral Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday June 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph & St. Patrick Church, 702 Columbia St., Utica. The Rite of Committal and burial with military honors will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Yorkville. There are no public calling hours. In lieu of flowers, please consider the needs of the family.
