Ronnie R. Stevenson, 52, of Utica, formerly of Tennessee, husband of Dawn Stinson Stevenson, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Ronnie was born in Nashville, TN on November 3, 1958, the son of Damon and Flora (Burrell) Stevenson. He was raised and educated in Nashville. On March 21, 2001, Ronnie married Dawn Stinson in Utica. Ronnie enjoyed his cars and his Coors Light. Ronnie is survived by his wife Dawn Stevenson, Utica; two sons, Isaiha Stevenson and Ron Stevenson, Jr., both of Utica; three daughters, Brianna Stevenson, Utica, Natasha Stevenson, TN, and Kerri Muldoon, Utica; seven brothers and sisters and their spouses, Houston and Irene Stevenson, Nashville, TN, Martha and James Fentress, Nashville, TN, James Fowler, Elkton, TN, Jeanetta and Milton Elmore, Nashville, TN, Irene Stevenson, Nashville, TN, Pamela Stevenson, Nashville, TN, and Derek Stevenson, Green Bay, WI. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in New York and in Tennessee. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 4 pm at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica. Public visitation will be held from 3 - 4 pm, one hour prior to the service. Mr. Stevenson will be interred in Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica, at the convenience of the family.
