Yolanda M. Peterpaul, 95, of the Masonic Care Community passed away on Tuesday April 26, 2011. Yolanda was born in Utica on July 15, 1915 a daughter of Alfred and Bridget (Stewart) Peterpaul. For many years she was employed with Nofri's Restaurant in Whitesboro. Yolanda was a member of St. Paul's Church, Whitesboro and a former member of St. George's R.C. in Utica. Yolanda derived great joy from her family and they will forever remember her loving devotion to them. Yolanda is survived by her sister, Lucille Peltier, her beloved nieces and nephew, Susan and Bob Cecilia and Debbie Peltier all of Whitesboro, great nephews and nieces, Jamie and Amy Cecilia, Johnstown, NY and Michael and Monica Cecilia, Liverpool, NY, two great great nieces, Madison and Kayla Cecilia both of Liverpool, and many nieces and nephews. Yolanda was predeceased by her sister, Mary Louise Peterpaul , her brother, Merril Peterpaul and her brother-in-law, Fred Peltier. Yolanda's funeral will be held on Friday April 29, 2011 at 8:45 from the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica and at 9:30 from St. Paul's Church, Whitesboro. Burial will be in St. George's Cemetery, Whitesboro. Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday (Today) 5-7. Those so wishing may make donations to the Masonic Home research lab in Yolanda's memory.
