Rosemary Doyle, 83, a resident of the Pines at Utica, formerly of Lincoln Ave, Utica passed away on Sunday April 24, 2011 at the nursing home with her loving daughter by her side. Rosemary was born in Utica on May 8, 1927 the daughter of Lloyd and Elizabeth (Jones) Doyle and received her education in local schools. At one time, Rosemary was employed with NY Telephone Company, A&P Grocery Store and later as a school crossing guard. She was of the protestant faith. Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Deborah Henderson of Utica; three grandchildren, Joseph Safin of Utica, Timothy Safin of Rome and Holly Henderson of Utica; one sister and brother-in-law, Sally and Bill Humphrey of Clinton; one sister-in-law, Mary Doyle of FL; cousin, William Lewis of Utica; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Betty Doyle and Marjorie Chaplin, two brothers, Richard Doyle and Robert Doyle and her companion, Raymond Cyr. Rosemary's funeral will be held on Wednesday April 27, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Whitesboro.
