Mrs. Eileen (Caister) Madore, 86 of Whitesboro passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 9, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Eileen was born in Whitesboro on August 1, 1923 the daughter of Harvey and Marguerite (Higgs) Kessler. She was raised in Whitesboro and was a graduate of Whitesboro High School. In 1941 Eileen married George Caister at St. Paul's Church in Whitesboro. Mr. Caister died in 1958. In 1978 she married Ted Madore. Mr. madore died in 2000. Eileen was a member of the Alpha Beta Sorority Alumni, a parishioner of the former St. Anne's Church in Whitesboro and currently St. Paul's Church in Whitesboro. She enjoyed volunteering her time with various church organizations and received her greatest joy spending time with her loving family. Mrs. Madore is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Lynne and Donald Reilly of Whitesboro and Karen and Tony Carpentier of Stuart, FL; 4 cherished grandchildren, Colleen Phelps and her husband Bill of Richmond, VA, Scott Reilly and his wife Christine of Whitesboro, Shannon Reilly and his wife Jeanine of Richmond, VA and Thomas Carpentier and his wife Kristen of League City, TX; six beloved great grandchildren who affectionately called her Neeny: Reilly Phelps, Carter Phelps, McKenna Reilly, Camryn Reilly, Jacob Carpentier and Julia Carpentier and her St. Paul's Lady friends. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Reilly. Mrs. Madore's funeral will be held on Tuesday April 13, 2010 at 11:30 am at St. Paul's Church in Whitesboro where her mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Whitesboro will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours for family and friends are Tuesday morning from 9:00-11:00 at the Heintz Funeral Home 1517 Whitesboro St. Utica.
