Anne F. Listovitch, 85, of Fruitland Park, Florida, formerly of Utica, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2009 at The Villages Hospice House in Florida. Anne was born May 25, 1924 in Pulaski, NY. She was the daughter of V.D and Sadie (Sherman) Fox. Anne was raised and educated in Hamilton, NY, graduating from Hamilton High School. On July 25, 1941, Anne married Ben Listovitch and the couple made their home in Utica, NY. Mr. Listovitch passed away in 1986. Anne was employed by the Utica Knitting Mill and later for A & P Grocery Store until her retirement in 1980. Locally, Anne was a member of St. Mark's Church in North Utica and after moving to Florida in 1983, became a member of St. Paul's Church in Leesburg. She had several interests, but especially enjoyed working on her crafts. Anne is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Lawrence and Jeanne Listovitch, Fruitland Park, FL, Terrance and Sandra Listovitch, Frankfort, NY; eight grandchildren and their spouses, Lisa and William Stanton, VA, Brian Listovitch and Krissy, Utica, Lawrence Listovitch, Jr., Anne and Christopher Perry, Cassville, Angela Listovitch and Shaun, Frankfort, Jay Warner and fiancée, Jennifer, Ilion, Michele and Robert Vandawalker, Ilion, Christine and Gary Rende, Ilion. Also surviving are many great grandchildren. Mrs. Listovitch's funeral will be held on Monday, June 29, 2009 at 11:00 at St. Mark's Church, North Utica where her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will take place in St. George's Cemetery, Whitestown. Relatives and friends may call at St. Mark's Church from 10:15 - 11:00 am prior to the Funeral Mass. Those wishing may donate to the Alzheimer's Association or to your local Hospice Care in Anne's memory. Arrangements are entrusted to the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Road, N. Utica.
