Apologies for this late entry, but when I think of what I do today for a living - and enjoy it - namely writing technical papers for a multinational, I think back to my inspiration. Passing his first two essays to be accepted into Project Advance was one of the few gifts this misguided missile would really appreciate. His kindness knocked my trajectory that extra 2 degrees in 1979 that landed me carrying on his craft of communicating while also trying to teach those willing to join the best club there is.
