Janet Marie Williams Roberts, 44, of Brockport, NY and formerly of Remsen passed away unexpectedly on Saturday April 25, 2009. Janet was born in New Hartford on September 14, 1964 a daughter of Robert and Marie (Brown) Williams. She was a graduate of Remsen High School class of 1983. For several years Janet was employed with the Oak Orchard Dental Office in Brockport, NY. She was of the Christian faith. Janet was very close to God and now is walking on sunshine. Janet is survived by her two daughters; Brittany Roberts and Carley Roberts both of Brockport, her parents Robert and Marie Williams of Remsen, her sister; Barbara Sobel of Prospect, NY, her brother and sister-in-law; Robert and Sheila Williams of Wilmington, Ma, niece and nephews; Stephen Sobel, Shannon Williams and Ryan Williams, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Janet's funeral will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 12:15 from the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., North Utica and at 1:00 from Historic Old St. John's Church, Utica. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica. Calling hours at the funeral home are Wednesday morning from 10:15 to 12:15.
