Ruth A. Oliver, 64, of Utica, passed away February 23, 2008 at St. Luke's Hospital. Ruth was born in Steuben, New York on December 24, 1943, a daughter of the late James and Mary (Redner) Waterman. In Utica on April 19, 1967, Ruth was married to Stanton S. Oliver. Mr. Oliver passed away on March 10, 2004. Ruth loved to cook and will be remembered for all the delicious meals she cooked for her family. Ruth is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Joseph LePage, Utica, a son, Stanton J. Oliver and Jennifer Ryczek, Westmoreland, four grandchildren, Michael M., Nicholas J., and Nicole MaryLee Sabatino and Taylor Brooke Oliver, a sister and brother-in-law, Clara and Joseph LaComb, Fl., and lifelong friends Diane and Robert Fidell and their three children, Tracy, Tammy and Richard. A funeral service for Mrs. Oliver will be held on Wednesday February 27, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro Street, Utica. Calling hours at the funeral home are Tuesday from 5 ? 7 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
