Charles S. Bogner, 74 of Schuyler passed away Thursday May 31, 2007 in St. Luke's Hospital. Charles was born in Utica on April 29, 1933 the son of the late Steven and Mary (Primer) Bogner. In New Hartford on May 9, 1973 Charles married Kathy Johnson. For many years Charles was employed with Bette & Cring LLC, Watertown Division. Charles was an avid gardener and always enjoyed working with plants. Charles is survived by his wife Kathy, three daughters and two sons-in-law; Charlene and Patrick Zegarelli, Madison, NY, Cheryl Bogner, Rochester, NY and Tamara and Robert Clarey, Westmoreland, NY, five sons and four daughters-in-law; Charles A. and Elizabeth Bogner, Salem, OR, Lawrence Bogner, Newark, NY, Michael and Dianna Bogner, Macedon, NY, John and Denise Bogner, Lusby, MD and Aaron and Lisa Bogner, Clayton, NC, he is also survived by 18 grandchildren. Charles was predeceased by an infant grandson, Dylan Bogner. Mr. Bogner's funeral service will be held on Tuesday June 5, 2007 at 10:00 from the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., North Utica. Burial will be in the West Schuyler Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are Monday from 4-8.
