Betty M. Marsden, 85, of Whitesboro, passed away Thursday May 24, 2007 at St. Luke's Hospital. Betty was born in Utica on April 27, 1922, a daughter of George and Ella (Moon) Hanna. In 1942, Betty married Charles Marsden. He passed away in 1960. She was of the Episcopal faith. Betty is survived by her companion, Jerry Skinner, Whitesboro, two daughters and a son-in-law, Patricia and Richard Plumb, Whitesboro, Tammy Marsden-Roman, SC, two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Margaret Marsden, Whitesboro, Gary and Angie Marsden, Whitesboro. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and members of the Skinner family. Mrs. Marsden's funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at 11:00 from the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro Street, Utica. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, New Hartford. Calling hours at the funeral home are Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9.
