New Hartford ? North Utica William H. Kelly, 81, a resident of the St. Luke's Home, New Hartford, passed away Monday, April 24, 2006 at the home. Bill was born in Fermanagh, Ireland on May 7, 1924, the son of John and Sara Hawden Kelly. He was raised and educated in Long Island. After graduating high school, Bill joined the United States Marines. On April 24, 1947, Bill married Elizabeth A. Reisman in Long Island. Mrs. Kelly passed away in 1995. Bill was a self-employed mason owning Kelly Concrete Co., in Utica. He was a member of the American Legion Post 229, North Utica, and a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Deerfield. Bill is survived by a daughter, Debra Kelly, Utica; two sons and daughters-in-law, William M. and Darlene Kelly, Whitesboro, Scott and Virginia Kelly, Utica; five grandchildren, Michael Kelly and his wife Andrea, Ryan Kelly and his wife Casey, David Kelly, Kristina Kelly, and Kyle Kelly; and two great grandchildren, Taylor and Brendan Kelly. He is also survived by a special niece, Maureen Lynch Masone. Bill is predeceased by a sister, Dolly Lynch. Mr. Kelly's funeral will held Wednesday evening, April 26, 2006 at 7 pm at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Road, North Utica. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Utica on Thursday, April 27, 2006 at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home, Wednesday evening from 5 ? 7 pm prior to the funeral service. Those wishing may donate to the American Heart Association or the American Legion Post 229, North Utica in Bill's memory.
