Marlene R. Dyer, 53, of Utica, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 with her sisters by her side.
Marlene was born September 3, 1963, in New Hartford, NY. She attended New Hartford schools. Marlene went on to receive a degree in Cosmetology and then received her LPN from the Utica School of Nursing.
Marlene is survived by her sisters, Mary (Don) Taylor, New Hartford and Shirley Dyer, Syracuse. She is predeceased by her mother, Marlene Parsons, and her father, Jack A. Dyer.
Marlene’s memorial service will take place Friday, November 11, 2016 at 7 pm at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., North Utica. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 5 – 7 pm, prior to the service.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of St. Elizabeth Medical Center ICU for their outstanding care and compassion for both Marlene and her family.
