Kathy Nemeyer Utica Kathy Nemeyer, 57, of Utica passed away Wednesday September 27, 2006 at the Siegenthaler Center. Kathy was born on July 8, 1949 a daughter of Dorothy (Evans) Wiggins and the late Roger Wiggins. She was a 1967 graduate of Mohawk Central School. In New Hartford, NY on February 3, 1990 Kathy married David Nemeyer. Until her illness she was employed with the ARC of Oneida-Lewis County. Kathy was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and horse back riding. Kathy is survived by her husband, David, 2 grandchildren, Stephan Phetterplace and Kayla Phetterplace at home, 3 sons, Jeffrey Phetterplace, Utica, Robert Phetterplace, FL and Daniel Phetterplace, NJ, her mother, Dorothy Wiggins, Ilion, 3 sisters, Patricia Overacker, Ilion, Janice Brunette, Ilion and Gail James Ilion, a brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Catherine Wiggins, Mohawk, and a very special friend Ida Mastroianni. Kathy was predeceased by her father Roger in 2002. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Those so wishing may make donations to Hospice & Palliative Care Inc. in Kathy's memory.
