Beverly June Dougherty Remsen, NY-Mooresville, NC Ms. Beverly June Dougherty, 77 of Mooresville, NC, formerly of Remsen, NY and Utica passed away on December 22, 2006 at Genesis Eldercare, Mooresville, NC. Born July 31, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Frederick Wesley and Mary Alice Dougherty. She was raised and educated locally and was a 1948 Graduate of Proctor High School. Ms. Dougherty was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Utica and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers, CWA telephone Union, Beta Chi, Epsilon Chapter and the daughters of the American Revolution. Besides her parents, Ms. Dougherty was predeceased by her sister, Charmaine V. St. Onge. She is survived by her sister, Arline Reilly, Mooresville, NC; nieces and nephews, Cynthia Kouznetsov, Houston, TX, Karen Ellis, Bethel, CT Phillip St. Onge, Santee, CA and Paul Reilly III, Paris, TX; great nephews, Michael Kouznetsov, Alec Ellis and Raymond Ellis and a great niece, Madeline O. Reilly. Ms. Dougherty's funeral will be held on Friday December 29, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, 932 Rutger St. Utica, NY. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-7 PM at the Heintz Funeral Home 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica. Donations may be made to the Leukemia Society of America or the Alzheimer's Association in Beverly's memory.
