To Arlene's Family, Arlene and Howard were our south Utica neighbors for some years where a long and lovely relationship began as they were kind and generous to our growing children. I tried to keep our friendship aglow and visited Arlene several times in her Clinton home, alas not recently. She was brave as she selflessly dealt with a chronic health condition, was so charming and enjoyed being regarded a "confidante" to many younger women who called her friend. May her memory be eternal, and God bless you all through this difficult time. Janet and David George
