Bonnie L. Mullen, 67, of Utica, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Faxton – St. Luke’s Healthcare. Bonnie was born in Utica on March 22, 1952 a daughter of Burton H. and Shirley (Rice) Lamphere, Sr. For many years she was employed as a teachers assistant in the Utica School System and later as a home health aide. Bonnie also volunteered for the Utica Auxiliary Police. Bonnie is survived by her long-time companion, Richard Kerwin, her children, Tracy Perrotta (Carmine) of New Hartford, Victrina Lupa (Chris) of Westmoreland, Wendy Beekman (Mike) of Ilion, James Mullen, Jr. of Sauquoit and Michele Mullen of Utica, Siblings, Irene Strohl, Burton Lamphere Jr., and Cindy Lamphere. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Bonnie was predeceased by a daughter, Renee Burke.
